How long have you been in that role?

Punch TV Studios developed from Punch TV Network which I started 8 years ago.
How do you balance a startup with your personal life?
It is very difficult to have a personal life as a CEO. It is always work, work, work. However, I have found that the best way to balance it all is to set boundaries. I only answer mission critical issues outside of regular business hours, and I always make sure to take at least one day a week off just for myself.

What is the most challenging part about what you do? How do you overcome that challenge?

The most challenging aspect of being a CEO is making sure that I surround myself with driving, intellectual. self-starters. I detest having too many Yes people around. Just because I have a suggestion or a recommendation it doesn't automatically mean that I am always 100% correct. It is absolutely necessary to have people around me who will voice their opinions, make appropriate suggestions and take initiative on their own..
