Please tell us more about your role and / or your startup.

It is a social movement sparked by the book Hyphened-Nation. The premise is; Don't Check the Box. You are not a Hyphened American. You are an American. Join our movement to end a Hyphened-Nation.
How long have you been in that role?

Since the movements inception. I am the author.

How do you balance a startup with your personal life?

I have a great social media team

You play an integral role in your startup. Can you please tell us more about what the startup does? How does it work? Can anyone join?

This is not only a movement continentally, this is a global movement. Americas influence via the media is a global phenomenon. It effects an international viewpoint.

What is the most challenging part about what you do? How do you overcome that challenge?

If you are a hyphenated American, and have not traveled internationally you have no idea that the world is not like the United States in reference to how you are viewed as an American citizen. It is an eye-opening and exhilarating experience to be viewed as an individual based on merit, rather than an individual who must constantly fight against a stereotype based on the hue of your skin.

To overcome that challenge, we are educating people.
