How do you balance a startup with your personal life?

Balance? What is that? Seriously. There is no balance, there is only off and on. Maybe a little relax in there somewhere. This is a daily grind that we lose our personal self to. When you do something you love and it is your all out purpose for being here…it’s all the same. One big ocean.
           
You play an integral role in your startup. Can you please tell us more about what the startup does? How does it work? Can anyone join?
 
We usually meet with clients that have entrepreneurship running in their blood. We have to quickly vet whether they are willing to press go. Most of the time that is not now, but that doesn’t mean their idea isn’t good enough. It just means we will have to assist more with the percolation of the product (like a coffee) it percolates before it brews, then it gets poured as a steaming hot cup of Joe. Any one can join. What is the most challenging part about what you do?
 
Realigning where to spend my time. Sometimes I am going down a road that started out looking good but quickly I can get lost in the woods and face plant into the dirt without a moments notice. Its important to take a step back and take a look at what’s ahead. You know, work “on” the business and not “in” the business concept. It’s all good though just a challenge.
