How do you balance a startup with your personal life?

You play an integral role in your startup. Can you please tell us more about what the startup does? How does it work? Can anyone join?

We are essentially a marketplace that assists in matching influencers and brands; what makes us difference is our pricepoint is specifically set with small businesses in mind, and we are very accepting of those wanting to get started in the influencer game.

What is the most challenging part about what you do? How do you overcome that challenge?

Tempering expectations; as a former developer I know what we need to do and I want to do all of it yesterday, but there's only so much time to write, develop, market, and support our growing customer base.
