Okay, that's a joke, but it is probably what this founder, Matt Holmes, would say on this podcast interview below. It's very interesting on how networking helped him find his mentors and business model.
Below is an interview with Matt "Handshaking" Holmes who doesn't sell to clients, and doesn't sell services. They ignored client requests and built websites that produced value and later sold the monthly recurring value from the websites.
This allowed them to earn passive monthly income, online, similar to how your rental property can earn income, but completely only. They employ staff in the Philippines to manage the websites and improve their marketing, and the team in the Philippines also sells the leads and maintains all customer relationships.
